Since August 2000, we opened our doors to provide and process information for the AutoZone Store Support Center (SSC) in Memphis, Tennessee. The electronic catalog was our first project. With the growth of AutoZone's operation, more services were required, integrating customer service, financial administration and technology solutions for all sales channels. In 2023, we evolved into AutoZone Business & Technology Store Support Center, establishing ourselves as a Center of Excellence focused on enhancing talent and improving the company's processes.

Currently, the AutoZone Business and Technology Center in Chihuahua has 7 strategic business areas, which support the operation of stores in different countries. 

Finance: Provides accounting, business and financial analysis services to all AutoZone stores

IT: Delivers a streamlined, high-quality portfolio of IT services to run, build and transform AutoZone's business.

Merchandising: Ensures that product information and its relationship to vehicles is available to all AutoZone sales channels

Contact Center: Attention to customers who buy in store, online and support for store operations.

Human Resources: This department provides care and service to all AutoZoners who work in the AutoZone Business and Technology Center, improving their experience in the company.

General Services: Multidisciplinary team focused on development and improvement of projects that support AutoZone initiatives.
