Early years
We Always Put Customers First!
By the year 2000, we began as a data processing center under the name of “DataZone”, delivering service to the Store Support Center in Memphis, Tennessee. After the years went by, DataZone’s operation evolved, from managing the enterprise catalog, to a Shared Services Center. This added more teams focused on support the US operation, through new departments, such as Finance, Customer Service, IT, Merchandising, Store Technical Support, etc; leading the new chapter of DataZone: In 2023, was rename as “AutoZone, Business and Technology Store Support Center”, better known as, AutoZone BTSSC.
