By the year 2000, AutoZone opened a data processing and support center under the name of DataZone, located at the Chihuahua Industrial Park. After the years went by, DataZone’s operation evolved, from managing the enterprise catalog, to a Shared Services Center. This added more teams focused on support the US operation, through new departments, such as Finance, Customer Service, IT, Merchandising, Store Technical Support, etc; leading the new chapter of DataZone: In 2023, was rename as “AutoZone, Business and Technology Store Support Center”, better known as, AutoZone BTSSC.

Currently, AutoZone BTSSC proudly employs over 1300 people, supporting the store operations worldwide. This amazing growth is the result of the outstanding performance delivered by the teams we have in Chihuahua, opening new project opportunities for the AutoZone company.
