24 AutoZoners from the AutoZone Business and Technology Center in Chihuahua participated and successfully completed the Management Skills Seminar. In this seminar, which lasted 13 sessions, the AutoZoners prepared themselves on topics relevant to their professional development, such as leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, time management, work team management, among others.

These trainings are part of AutoZone BTSSC's organizational strategy, to boost the skills and behaviors of our leaders, thus allowing them to improve their personal and professional performance, enhancing the human capital in their charge, and impacting the positive results of the organization.
