One of the most important strategies for AutoZone is the constant training of its collaborators. Such is the case of the program called High Performance Leadership Seminar, which on this occasion, AutoZoners from different departments completed the program in its 2nd edition.

18 sessions and more than 60 hours of preparation that began in November 2023 were what this group of leaders, as well as BTSSC, invested in an intensive development program that will allow them to be better prepared to take advantage of the professional opportunities and challenges in their careers, inside and outside the company.

At the graduation ceremony, directors and leaders who participated in the seminar exchanged impressions about the benefit of this type of training, highlighting that they are invaluable opportunities for personal and professional development.
