Since August 2000, we opened our doors to provide and process information for the AutoZone Store Support Center (SSC) in Memphis, Tennessee. The electronic catalog was our first project. With the growth of AutoZone's operation, more services were required, integrating customer service, financial administration and technology solutions for all sales channels. In 2023, we evolved into AutoZone Business & Technology Store Support Center, establishing ourselves as a Center of Excellence focused on enhancing talent and improving the company's processes.

Our mission is to provide “wow customer service” on a global level, and we do this through our seven main business areas:

Finances: We manage economic resources with precision and efficiency, ensuring the financial solidity of our operation.
Human Resources: Our human talent is our greatest asset. We focus on the development, well-being and growth of our more than 1,500 employees.

Merchandising: We design strategies to offer high quality and variety products in our more than 7,000 stores around the world.
ALLDATA: As part of AutoZone, we provide access to a comprehensive database of technical information for mechanics and auto enthusiasts.
General Services: We coordinate daily operations, from logistics to maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
Contact Center: It is the department in charge of managing and attending to all communications with customers, providing support both globally and to stores in the event of any failure or error.
